Integrator or own integration
- Create the APP in the portal: the Sandbox tokens come out right away.
- Test the flows and request the technical validation.
- Once validated, you get a new Production client_id.
A single integration to sell on the Grupo Netshoes sites: catalog, price, stock, orders and shippings through the API.
The three steps of every integration with the Marketplace API.
Sign up on the Developer Portal to create your APP and Sandbox Token, where you can run integration tests.
Create accountRun the tests in the sandbox environment, request your technical validation and be ready to integrate with the Grupo Netshoes Marketplace API in Production.
Explore the SandboxWith Production access released, you can send your product load and follow it until it is available on the marketplace.
Production rulesWith the APP created, the Sandbox tokens are already in My Apps. The first call lists the site's departments — you build the product with them.
curl https://api-sandbox.netshoes.com.br/api/v1/bus/NS/departments \
-H "client_id: $CLIENT_ID" \
-H "access_token: $ACCESS_TOKEN" \
-H "content-type: application/json"This is what your integration does every day: move each shipping of the order to the customer. Pick a status to see its call and its rule.
The call
PUT /api/v1/orders/{orderNumber}/shippings/{shippingCode}/status/invoiced

Invoicing carries the invoice in the danfeXml field, with escaped quotes, and is processed asynchronously. This is when the stock reservation is actually subtracted.

No. A single integration is enough to sell your products on our sites. Stock is shared between them and managed by us. You will also notice that some methods in our API have the "BU" (Business Unity) parameter, which identifies which site the information is being sent to. If the method allows it and you want the information to appear only on Zattini, send the business unity ZT. For Netshoes, send the business unity NS. Some methods optionally ask for the country: send BR. Both URLs of our APIs, for Sandbox and for production, work for the two sites.
There is no fixed time, because the process includes manual checks along the way. It usually takes 2 days, but in some cases it can take a few weeks.
Created > Approved > Invoiced > Shipped > Delivered.
Sellers must contact the commercial analyst responsible for the account and request the access key. Integrators, or sellers with their own integration, must go through the technical validation.
No. Once the product is being cataloged and is available for sale, it cannot be changed. Changes are only possible while the product is in the 'received' or 'criticized' status, as described in: [Rules and use in production](/docs/general/regras-e-uso-em-producao#obtenção-do-token-de-produção). If needed in Production, request the internal deletion of the product and register it again. In Sandbox no deletion is possible, since the API does not allow any delete action.
